What Proof of Address verification do I need to provide and what is acceptable?

As part of a financially regulated industry, our partners are required to confirm your address for client verification purposes.

We may require a Proof of Address document, which clearly shows your full name, address, and issuing date and a logo or name of the issuing institution.

Valid documents to verify your address include:

• Utility bill
• A bank statement
• A credit card statement
• A council tax bill
• A headed and signed letter from a lawyer or an accountant confirming your address

All Proofs of Address documents must be in colour, dated within the last 3 months, and uploaded in high resolution.
